We are a forward-thinking company providing innovative SaaS solutions to help businesses optimize operations and achieve their goals. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with experience in B2B solutions to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Understand market trends and customer needs to position our SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored SaaS solutions that address their goals.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling product presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our SaaS offerings and differentiating us from competitors.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, handle pricing discussions, and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Provide post-sale support and assist clients with onboarding and ensuring they derive maximum value from our products.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics. Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to document and monitor sales interactions and outcomes.

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or marketing, ideally in technology, food & beverage, fitness or B2B solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is an advantage.
  • Proven sales management experience with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills.
