Job Description
- To carry out CAD works and drawing production work according to standards and guidelines of the office.
- Assist in the design, analysis, and development of civil engineering structures and systems
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to gather data and monitor project progress
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation to support project deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and construction workers
- Creating technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.
- To coordinate, develop and check architectural and other consultants' drawings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering, preferably in the construction industry
- Knowledge of design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools (Shopdrawing, MST-Method statement, BBS-Bar Bending schedule)
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and project quality standards
- Mandarin Speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
