Job Description
- Develop, update, and optimize the master construction schedule using Primavera P6
- Prepare look-ahead schedules, catch-up plans, and perform delay analysis based on actual site progress
- Monitor progress, identify variances from the plan, and recommend corrective actions
- Generate regular progress reports including S-curves, Gantt charts, and narrative updates
- Coordinate with construction, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure schedule alignment
- Assist the Project Manager in progress reporting and planning coordination meetings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of planning experience in building or infrastructure projects
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (independently able to build, manage, and report schedules)
- Solid understanding of construction workflows and project controls
- Experience in Malaysian projects is an advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commit to working 6 days per week
