Job Description

• The infrastructure Contractor shall appoint adequate numbers of full time Temporary Work Supervisor (TWS) under PETW to supervise and coordinate all Temporary Works, including permits to load/unload as well as the independent checking of major Temporary Works.
• These supervisory staffs are responsible to PETW who designs all the temporary works.
• Acting as a focal point for temporary works over multiple sites; support the Temporary Works Supervisors responsible for inspecting the erection, maintenance and dismantling of temporary works in accordance with BBUS procedures.
• Ensure business processes and systems for Temporary Works are implemented

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field..
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising temporary works within infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of temporary works design, approval, and implementation in compliance with local authority regulations and safety standards.
• Proven experience in site supervision, inspection, and coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.
• Ability to prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and work permits related to temporary works.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage site teams and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical and safety issues on site.
• Valid safety certifications (e.g., CIDB, OSHA, or equivalent).
