Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Contract team in a particular project.
- Delegate/lead and discuss tasks with Junior Commercial Executive .
- Initiate/lead quotation requests (together with Junior Commercial Executive).
- Negotiation of price with supplier.
- Prepare the BQ and pricing.
- Coordinate with client/consultant on commercial (BQ) part.
- Attend project meeting.
- Site work evaluation.
- CO/VO/LOC preparation.
- Progress payment to client.
- Sub-contractor/supplier payment verification.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Job specification (Education & Experience):
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Min 2 years of experience in Interior Design field.
- Hotel / hospital project experience will be an advantage.
- Positive working attitude and discipline, aggressive and proactive.
- Preferable in Chinese candidates
