• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in creative, event, or digital industries).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong proposal writing and storytelling abilities.
• Passion for creative innovation, digital trends, and brand experiences.
• Sales objective–oriented with strong business acumen.
• Able to manage and execute the full sales cycle routine effectively.
• Disciplined, consistent, and driven to achieve targets.
• Resilient and able to handle rejections positively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
