Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored event solutions and services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Collaborate with the internal event and creative teams to align client expectations and execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to promote company offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, contacts, and project status using CRM or internal systems.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
• Generate leads through social media, engage with potential clients, manage inquiries, support event promotions and campaigns, track performance, monitor competitors, and maintain consistent brand communication across platforms.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in the event or creative industry).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation and proposal-writing abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
