 Nebula X, under the umbrella of Creative Creed, is seeking a Creative Director to lead our in-house creative team and shape the overall creative vision. This role is perfect for a strategic, multidisciplinary creative professional who thrives in branding, digital campaigns, events, and multimedia projects. You will guide a talented team of designers, video producers, and digital creators to deliver impactful, tech-driven experiences while maintaining brand consistency across all channels. 

Job Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team across design, 3D, digital, and video production.
• Oversee the end-to-end creative process from concept to execution for campaigns, events, and multimedia projects.
• Translate strategic ideas into engaging, interactive, and innovative experiences that resonate with audiences.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all multimedia channels and creative outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and event teams to understand project objectives and deliverables. 
• Stay ahead of creative trends, tools, and technologies, proactively recommending improvements to enhance production quality and efficiency.
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience leading creative direction in branding, digital campaigns, events, or experiential projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing cross-platform creativity (design, campaigns, digital, motion, events).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with 3D design and animation tools (Blender, Sketchup) is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, UI/UX, and audience engagement strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong conceptual and storytelling abilities.
• Hands-on, proactive, and up-to-date with emerging creative trends and technologies.
