Job Description

- Design event branding and collaterals (backdrops, buntings, posters, program books, signage, digital banners).

- Create print and digital artwork for promotional and marketing purposes.

- Edit and produce video content including teasers, highlight reels, recaps, and social media content.

- Design and animate motion graphics, LED screen visuals, and intro videos for events.

- Capture video/photo content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras when required.

- Perform color grading, sound design, and visual effects for professional outputs.

- Conceptualize and design 3D stage setups, booths, and exhibition layouts.

- Produce realistic 3D renderings, mockups, and animations for client proposals.

- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure design practicality and consistency.

- Contribute fresh ideas during creative brainstorming sessions.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Job Requirements

- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Proficiency in video editing & motion software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).

- Proficiency in 3D design software (SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, or Cinema4D).

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of works (graphics, videos, 3D projects).

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Added Advantage:

- Experience in videography/photography using DSLR or mirrorless cameras.

- Knowledge of live event production workflows.

- Familiarity with rendering engines (V-Ray, Lumion, KeyShot).

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics for LED screens and large-scale displays.
