 We are seeking a highly experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Senior Event Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role where you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile events and brand activations, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Job Description

As a Senior Event Executive, you will manage events while providing strategic input for campaigns and client growth. You will ensure events are executed flawlessly, meet business objectives, and enhance the brand presence of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Event & Campaign Leadership: Lead end-to-end planning, production, and execution of events and brand activations, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand vision.
   
• Strategic Ideation: Collaborate in brainstorming sessions, propose creative content and activation ideas, and provide input on innovative solutions to elevate campaign impact.
   
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the senior point of contact, guiding clients and ensuring their vision is realized.
   
• Vendor & Team Coordination: Oversee vendor negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and lead internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
   
• Budget Management: Develop, manage, and optimize event budgets, balancing cost efficiency with quality outcomes.
   
•  Project & Timeline Management: Ensure timely delivery of events and campaigns, including WIP meetings and post-event evaluations.
   
• Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports to inform future strategies and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
• 4 to 7 years of experience in event planning, preferably within an event agency or event management company. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. 
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
