About the Role

Creative For More is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Coordinator to support our people and internal operations. This role is central to ensuring smooth hiring processes, strong team coordination, and a positive internal culture across our distributed team.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment (with a focus on interns), support employee lifecycle processes, and drive internal communications initiatives such as our monthly newsletter. This is a structured, hands-on role suited for someone who thrives on organisation, ownership, and keeping systems running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Pipeline
    Manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate and conduct initial interviews, and maintain a consistent pipeline of interns and junior talent.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
    Support onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR coordination to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience.
  • People Operations & Administration
    Oversee leave tracking, internal documentation, and HR records while ensuring processes remain accurate and up to date.
  • Internal Communications
    Own and produce the monthly internal newsletter, ensuring clear, engaging communication across the team.
  • Team Culture & Engagement
    Support initiatives that strengthen team connection, including celebrations, announcements, and internal activities.
