Position Summary

The Junior Sales Consultant will play a key role in supporting the sales team by identifying and developing new business opportunities. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about sales processes, develop essential communication and interpersonal skills, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: 
    • Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
    • Research and compile data on potential clients and their industries.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company CRM.
  • Sales Support: 
    • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and product demonstrations.
    • Prepare sales presentations and proposals under the guidance of senior sales professionals.
    • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and other necessary documentation.
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

 Professional Development: 

  • Actively participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
