Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to support the company in day to day visualization work. You are responsible for ensuring the delivery of creative visuals for brands & campaigns on multiple digital / social channels.
This job requires you to:
- be familiar with developing visual for ATL / Print, BTL & Digital channels ( Meta / IG / Linkedin / TikTok )
- familiar with designing based on brand requirements and guidelines
- digital imaging, cropping and soft touches of visuals
- Supporting the team with brainstorming & ideas for social media content
- Maturity to solve creative problems and mentor juniors in technical executions
This is a position that will challenge you with criticism and rejection. To plan and manage multiple design tasks at hand. To work as a team and be a player to dive in when the going gets tough. A place where you can can take risks and most importantly fail.

Job Requirements
Designers who wish to move up to a senior role are encouraged to apply
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the advertising & creative industry
- Creative & adventurous
- Experience with design approaches & best practices in adobe creative suite software
- Experience with design applications for digital such as Adobe Creative Suite particularly (Adobe Illustrator)
- Preferably specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
- Able to communicate proficiently in: English (other languages are an added advantage)
- An appreciation for how great work gets done and a commitment to ensuring creative excellence/output
- Insatiably curious, a lifelong learner
- Know when to accept constructive criticism, and when to fight for what you believe is best for the client not the bosses.
- Must be able to work in a Dog friendly environment
