Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Full-Time Teacher to join our education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital media and creative communications, with a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons in digital media and creative communication as outlined in the curriculum.
• Develop and update course materials to ensure they are current, relevant, and engaging.
• Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Provide personalized feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital media to enhance teaching practices.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and other educational initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the educational programs at the academy.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communication, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an educator in digital media or creative communications.
• Strong practical knowledge of current digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
• Passionate about education and personal development.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
