Our academy isn’t just for creators; it’s for anyone who wants to learn about digital media, creative communication, and effective marketing solutions.

Role Overview: We’re looking for a Department Leader who’s passionate about education and skilled in marketing. This role is about growing our academy, making our courses more exciting and relevant, and reaching out to a wide range of students.

Responsibilities:

• Create and lead strategies to attract a diverse group of students.
• Update and improve course content to stay on top of industry trends.
• Manage and inspire our team to deliver great educational experiences.
• Build relationships with industry leaders to make our courses practical and relevant.
• Keep an eye on what students and the market want from our courses.
• Lead marketing efforts to promote our diverse educational programs.
• Make sure our student recruitment and retention are top-notch.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Media Studies, or related fields.
• Strong background in managing education programs, especially in marketing and media.
• Knowledgeable about the latest trends in digital media and marketing.
• Great at leading a team and motivating people.
• Strategic thinker who can set goals and make them happen.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
