Job Description

 Graphic Design Internship

- Assist in understanding company branding requirements and project objectives to develop design concepts and layouts.

- Assist in creating and producing marketing materials, including promotional graphics, branding materials, and other visual content.

- Support the graphic designer in making revisions and incorporating feedback into design work.

- Ensure designs are consistent with company branding guidelines and visual standards.

- Assist in preparing final artwork for print and digital publication.

- Support multiple design projects and ensure tasks are completed within the required deadlines.

- Assist the graphic designer in developing digital campaign materials, including website graphics, eDMs, online banners, and social media applications.

- Assist in creating and managing visual content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to support audience engagement.

- Support photography, videography, and basic video editing for marketing and promotional purposes.

- Assist with other creative and marketing-related tasks or ad-hoc assignments as required.

Marketing / PR Internship

- Assist in generating ideas and supporting the implementation of marketing campaigns.

- Assist in coordinating high school education fairs and major promotional events.

- Support promotional activities, events, and student recruitment initiatives.

- Assist in the production and development of multimedia and marketing content.

- Provide support to the management team in developing and implementing promotional strategies.

- Assist in maintaining company websites and monitoring basic website analytics.

- Assist in updating customer databases and maintaining information using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Assist in monitoring marketing-related budgets and expenses.

- Support the management of social media campaigns and content scheduling.

- Assist in tracking and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns and preparing basic reports.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, colour and visual composition.
• Familiar with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or other relevant design tools.
• Creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn and explore new design ideas.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Basic photography, videography, motion graphics or video editing skills would be an added advantage.
• A portfolio of previous design work, academic projects or personal creative work is preferred
