🏨 Hiring: Mandarin Customer Support Specialist – Hotel Reservations | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
We are currently seeking local Mandarin-speaking professionals for a Customer Support Service (CSS) position within the hospitality and hotel reservations industry.
This role is ideal for candidates with a background in customer service, front office operations, or hotel reservations who are looking to grow within an international and customer-focused environment.
📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (On-site)
💰 Salary Package: Up to RM 4,500 (including language allowance)
🕒 Working Schedule: Rotational Shift (24/7) 2 days off
📅 Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Previous experience inhotel reservations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a rotational shift
