Job Description

The Intern shall perform the following duties under the guidance of their supervisor:

1.  Maintain HR Records – Update employee files, databases, and documentation.
2.  Assist with Recruitment – Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support onboarding.
3.  Support Payroll & Benefits – Help prepare payroll data and assist with benefits administration.
4.  Coordinate Training – Organize workshops, track attendance, and prepare learning materials.
5.  Employee Engagement – Assist in planning staff activities and handling employee queries.
6.  Policy & Compliance – Support HR in implementing policies and ensuring labor law compliance.
7.  Administrative Tasks – Handle filing, data entry, and general office support.
8.  Reporting – Prepare HR reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
