Job Description

We are seeking an IT Executive who will be responsible for tender preparation, overseeing the development and submission of IT-related tenders to ensure that all proposals meet organizational standards and align with strategic objectives. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and project management skills.

1. Primary focus is on: Assisting in developing, writing, and editing technical documentation i.e. technical specification tenders, guides, and support documentation for business operation.
2. Willingness to assist in conducting research and gathering technical information to create clear and accurate documentation. 
3. Review and update existing documentation to improve clarity, readability, and usefulness. 
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and insights for tender submissions.
5. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and best practices in IT procurement.
6. Ensure all tender documents comply with legal and organizational standards.
7. Review and edit proposals for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client needs.
8. Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
9. Liaise with external partners and vendors to gather input for proposals.
10. Manage timelines and deliverables related to tender submissions.
11. Organize and lead meetings to discuss tender strategies and progress.
12. Analyze and evaluate incoming tenders and bids to provide insights on potential partnerships.
13. Prepare presentations and reports for management regarding tender submissions and outcomes.
14. Assist in the negotiation process with clients and suppliers post-submission.
15. Gather feedback on submitted tenders to improve future proposals.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in IT project management or tender preparation.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Must possess a good level of written English competency and skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Good documentation writing skills are essential.
7. Experience in technical documentation writing is a plus.
8. Fundamental knowledge in IT solutions and services is a plus.
