The Opportunity

We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance department. This is a pivotal role for a professional who takes pride in financial accuracy and operational integrity. You will manage the full spectrum of our accounting functions, with a strategic focus on Accounts Payable and Full Set reporting, ensuring our financial health remains robust and compliant.

Core Responsibilities

• Full Spectrum Accounting: Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). Ensure the timely preparation of management reports.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external professional bodies, including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and financial institutions.
• Treasury & Disbursement: Oversee the accuracy and scheduling of supplier payments, optimizing cash flow while maintaining strong vendor relations.
• Data Integrity: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ensure all financial documentation is organized, systematic, and audit-ready.
• Strategic Support: Assist management with ad-hoc financial analysis and projects to support business objectives.

Job Requirements

Professional Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Professional Qualification (LCCI/ACCA) in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of accounting principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with industry-standard accounting software.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar capacity. High-potential fresh graduates with a strong technical foundation are also encouraged to apply.
• Language skill : Professional fluency in written and spoken English is essential. The ability to converse in Mandarin/Chinese is a significant advantage to facilitate communication with specific stakeholders and vendors.
• Key Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, the resilience to meet reporting deadlines, and a proactive approach to independent problem-solving.
