Job Description
1. Sales & Campaign Strategy Execution
- Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Act as a bridge between strategic planning and day-to-day execution, ensuring campaigns are aligned with enrollment targets.
2. Lead & Conversion Management
- Follow up on leads via WhatsApp, Messenger, or phone with a consultative and value-driven approach.
- Refine and optimize sales scripts to handle objections and boost conversion rates for trial classes or enrollments.
- Track performance metrics across lead stages and report conversion insights.
3. Marketing Campaign Management
- Plan and coordinate digital campaigns (Meta, Google, WhatsApp) to attract leads from cold to warm audiences.
- Independently / collaborate with in-house or outsourced designers and copywriters to produce timely, compelling creatives (copy, visual, or video) to enhance campaign output.
4. Data & Performance Analysis
- Analyze campaign data and lead behavior to identify trends and improve targeting.
- Generate weekly reports to highlight CPL, conversion rate, and campaign ROI.
5. Customer & Market Insight
- Coordinate with sales team to gather feedback from parents and students to identify pain points and improve messaging.
- Conduct light market research to stay updated on competitor activity and identify new opportunities.
6. Client & Parent Relationship Management
- Coach sales team to build rapport with parents and address inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Offer post-enrollment touchpoints to strengthen satisfaction, retention, and referral potential.
7. Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Mentor junior executives on sales follow-ups, CRM usage, and marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with academic, content, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a smooth customer journey.
8. Content Writing & Copywriting
Write compelling marketing content and copy for social media posts, landing pages, ads, and internal sales materials.
Ensure all content is aligned with CS Tuition’s brand voice, tone, and audience needs.
