You will develop and execute tests using modern tools such as Karate (API), Cypress (UI) and k6 (Performance).Over time, you’ll become a Subject Matter Expert for our software, enabling you to make an impact on user experience and product design within our team.In your first 90 days, you’ll get comfortable with our system, join a squad, build strong relationships with the team, and get involved in new feature development to deliver high quality outcomes for our customers.What you will do<ul><li>Compose complex test plans, execute tests, document the results and understand the output.</li><li>Use the latest tools like Karate (API), Cypress (UI) and k6 (Performance) to accelerate our test cycles.</li><li>Work to connect our automation tools into our CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Participate in agile ceremonies such as planning, reviews, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, etc.</li><li>Be part of a multi-skill squad with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers and other Software Testers.</li><li>Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and trends to keep us at the forefront of innovation and productivity.</li><li>Lead small groups of testers as per project needs.</li></ul>Role RequirementsWe’re all about diverse skills and experiences, so even if you don’t tick every box, we encourage you to apply!<ul><li>5+ years of Software Test Engineer experience or someone with software development experience who is looking for a test engineering role.</li><li>Knowledge in software testing; research, design, methodologies/processes, implementation and documentation.</li><li>Experience with Test Automation: Writing and maintaining automation test scripts.</li><li>Highly effective at communicating in English, experience collaborating across multiple teams and a strong comprehension of written/verbal material.</li><li>It's a plus if you are familiar with: Cypress, Cucumber &amp; Karate DSL and have experience in one or more programming languages (preferably JavaScript/NodeJs).</li></ul>Perks &amp; benefits<ul><li>Work from anywhere: CSG has a global policy called "Flexibility First" that allows employees to work from wherever they feel most productive.
