Job Description

• Develop and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with assigned clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 
• Identify growth opportunities within your client accounts and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies to capture this business
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences
• Continuously monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients and internal leadership
• Actively participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase our capabilities and drive new business

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an account management.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin/Chinese is compulsory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to address client concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions
• Proficient in delivering presentations and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Degree in accounting
