As our ICT Infrastructure Delivery Manager you will be the builder who owns end-to-end delivery of commercial infrastructure projects. You will shape architecture patterns, drive automation and hand over resilient operations while coordinating engineers, consultants and vendors to meet performance, security and budget goals.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned ICT infrastructure projects, from initiation through testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring scope and timelines are met.
• Create and maintain clear project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource lists to keep multiple projects on track.
• Track project progress, milestones and costs, raise and manage change control, and close out issues to maintain delivery quality.
• Maintain delivery metrics and mentor junior engineers to improve team execution and repeatable outcomes.

Commercial & Client Management

• Act as the primary client contact for assigned projects, setting expectations and reporting status to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, quotations and variation orders to protect commercial outcomes.
• Monitor contractor performance and resource utilisation, applying corrective action when needed to meet contractual obligations.
• Support contract administration and vendor coordination to ensure timely procurement and delivery of services.

Technical & Site Oversight

• Review ICT drawings, technical specifications and site plans to confirm design intent and constructability.
• Oversee implementation of structured cabling, fibre optic works and telecommunications infrastructure with the project team.
• Coordinate daily site activities with ICT Project Engineers and contractors, providing technical direction to resolve issues.
• Ensure works comply with approved specifications, industry standards and quality requirements before handover.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ICT infrastructure project management or delivery in commercial environments.
• Proven track record delivering projects in commercial buildings, shopping malls, offices, hotels or enterprise sites.
• Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management or related discipline is preferred.
• PMP, BICSI RCDD, RTPM or similar professional certifications are an added advantage and will strengthen your application.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems, fibre optics and common telecommunications infrastructure components.
• Ability to read and interpret ICT drawings, technical specifications and project documentation accurately.
• Experience managing contractors, coordinating testing and commissioning, and administering project commercial documentation.
• Comfortable preparing and tracking budgets, schedules and change orders across multiple concurrent projects.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can present delivery status to clients and senior stakeholders with confidence.
• Strong problem solver who takes ownership, acts independently and follows through to practical resolution.
• Good interpersonal skills for vendor negotiation, stakeholder coordination and team mentoring.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage, and you must be willing to travel for project assignments across Malaysia.
