As a Sales Assistant you'll build the in-store experience, guiding customers and supporting sales growth. This role is hands-on and a great step if you want practical sales skills and product knowledge.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred (experience in jewelry or luxury retail is an advantage).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy when handling valuable merchandise.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and on rotating shifts.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting gold and jewelry products.
• Explain product features, gold purity, pricing, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Ensure jewelry displays are clean, organized, and attractive.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and after-sales service professionally.
• Assist with stock receiving, inventory counts, and store security procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and a pleasant shopping environment.
• Follow company policies on handling high-value items and cash.

• Multilingual (e.g., English, Malay, Mandarin)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
