Job Description

- 达人与 KOC 协作：寻找并对接达人及关键意见消费者（KOC），推动合作与内容产出
- 社媒内容产出：为 Facebook、小红书、Instagram 等平台准备内容素材，支持宣传活动
- 跨团队协作：与品牌主管、设计师、产品团队紧密合作，确保内容与活动顺利执行
- 广告投放与数据分析：独立操作 FB / TikTok Ads Manager，进行广告投放、预算管理，并基于数据优化内容与投放效果
Job Requirements
- 相关领域的学士学位，包括但不限于市场营销、大众传播、创意艺术或 STEM 相关学科
- 优秀的中文口语和书写沟通能力
- 熟悉剧本写作、拍摄和视频编辑
- 能够解读和分析广告营销数据（点击率、每千次展示成本、广告支出回报率），并据此优化创意内容
