Job Description

This internship is designed for candidates who want to learn marketing through real work, build real marketing skills in e-commerce, understand how decisions impact sales, and progress toward a full-time marketer role.

You will work directly with Senior Marketers on live campaigns, content planning, and performance-driven initiatives. You are expected to apply marketing theory into execution, take ownership of assigned tasks, and contribute ideas beyond instructions.

In return, you will gain exposure to e-commerce marketing, content strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. Interns who wait to be told what to do will struggle in this environment.

On top of that, high-performing interns may be converted into full-time roles, with a clear career path toward becoming a Digital Marketer, not just a content executor.

Job Requirements

• Mandarin proficiency is required; English is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Possess basic marketing fundamentals (funnels, content logic, digital platforms).
• Strong self-initiative, able to start tasks with limited guidance.
• Comfortable receiving direct feedback and improving quickly.
• Willing to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Candidates with a clear intention to build a marketing or e-commerce career are highly encourage to apply.
