Job Description

We are Malaysia’s leading Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) and we are aggressively expanding our business, and looking for dynamic, driven and motivated individuals to join our team. Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

Manage the collections process to ensure that outstanding

balances are collected promptly and efficiently.

• Able to identify and manage credit risks by monitoring customer accounts and assessing their financial health.

• Negotiating settlement arrangement with customers and execute appropriate actions for recovery of outstanding debts.

• Provide reports to the manager.

• Able to analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve collections and reduce past-due balances.

• Able to present finding and escalation by providing solutions and develop strategies for improving the accounts receivable process.

• Able to communicate with internal & external stakeholders.

• Conduct periodic collections review meeting with internal & external stakeholders.

• Meet Key Account customers to build reputation and resolve matters if required.

Candidate must have at least a Degree/Diploma in any field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Credit Control field.

Skilled in Microsoft Office

• Good command English & Malay. The ability to

communicate Mandarin will be an added advantage.

• Good inter-personal and communication skills, both

written and spoken.

• Handling confidential and sensitive information with

discretion and professionalism.
