Job Description

We are Malaysia’s leading Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) and we are aggressively expanding our business, and looking for dynamic, driven and motivated individuals to join our team. Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

1. Develop and implement a strategic training plan to onboard new sales team members, sales channel, and partnership team, and continuously enhance the skills and knowledge of existing team members.

2. Design, deliver and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops and materials tailored to the needs of various sales roles including BDO, channel/resellers, Tele-marketing, solution sales and customers by segments.

3. Conduct programmatic customers training online and a combination of face-to-face for high ARPU customers to ensure that customers know how to use our product and solution, this will require a close engagement with the customer success team.

4. Collaborate with sales leadership, subject matter experts (Product Manager and Marketing team) to identify training needs, prioritize learning objectives and develop relevant content and resources.

5. Create sales enablement tools and resources, including knowledge portal, sales playbook, product guides and competitive battle cards to support sales process and improve sales effectiveness & competitiveness.

6. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback from RSMs, RTL, TL, CSMs and relevant stakeholders, and incorporate relevant insights into our training approach.

7. Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, HR, customer success and contact center to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and materials.

8. Provide on-going coaching and support to sales team members, including regional training, role-playing exercises, and skill-building activities.

9. Partner with legal, pre-sales, analytics and solution team to enable documentation, understanding of solution sales and processes for Commercial & Solution team.

● Min. diploma or equivalent qualification, a degree is an added advantage

A candidate for this position must have at least 5-7 years of working experience in commercial sales & marketing.

Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable training content.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to effectively engage and enable a diverse audiences (English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin)

Strong documentation and detail-orientation skills

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form, excellent presentation abilities. Ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Computer Skills/MS Office/Software/Tech:

Excellent computer skills and highly proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and SFDC.

Interpersonal Skills:

The candidate for this position will be self-motivated, be proactive taking initiative and going beyond his call of duty, be helpful and service-oriented, have exceptional problem-solving skills, work comfortably in a cross-functional setting, work comfortably with business senior executives.
