Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the Company's Business Operations for Consent Management, regulatory assurance activities and ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures within a regulated financial data and credit reporting environment. The role supports the Assistant Manager, Compliance Assurance on the day-to-day (including weekend operations) for consent operations of the organisation while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and compliance procedures. The Consent Management Officer will primarily review & grant the consent request, perform UAT for all consent automation processes, participate in working group, support reviews on Trusted Party On-Boarding & eTR On-Boarding, Reporting, and administrative activities within a regulated environment. 1. Consent Management · Perform UAT for all consent automation processes & participate in the working group to share the outcome testing and recommendations for improvements 2. Policy & SOP Governance · Update the SOPs for Consent Management & other relevant SOPs · Assist in identifying the control gaps and improvement opportunities to implement enhancements. · Ensure proper document governance, version control, approval, and publication processes are adhered to. 3. Regulatory Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement · Prepare and consolidate periodic consent management reporting dashboards for Department Meetings, Risk Management Committee (RMC), and other governance forums. · Coordinate cross-functional engagements and follow-up activities with business units arising from regulatory, audit, compliance, and governance matters. 4. Change Management Initiatives & Training · Promote a culture of compliance and good governance across the organisation. 5. Trusted Party & eTrade Reference On-Boarding Process · Review On-Boarding Documents submitted Subscribers 6. Ad hoc Assignment · Undertake ad hoc assignments, projects, regulatory exercises, and other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, HoD, GCCRO and Management from time to time.
