Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

CTOS Consumer Services is seeking for a Business Intelligence Manager to support the decision making, topic analysis, development of dashboard of all the business related with.

This position will work closely with internal teams including Operations, Product, Commercial. We require strong skills in data analysis and dashboards based on Google Datastudio / Power BI / Tableau.

The manager will be responsible for the maintenance, optimization of all data sources and digest the info to take decisions and priorities from all our current product ecosystem:

SecureID – Fraud Protection and Credit Monitoring.

  1. MYCTOS Score Report – Credit Report & Score.
  2. Credit Finder - a digital lead referral channel for banks/lenders

Plan and arrange consumers data from different sources.

Ensure data consistency.

Find and alert changes on data.

Convert data into dashboards to take business decisions.

Conduct data driven method to propel a healthy, sustainable, efficient and high-quality development of business

Look for improvement opportunities thought data.

Help commercial team to enrich commercial arguments.

Help business to create strategies.



BS/MS/PhD degree in a quantitative discipline: statistics, applied mathematics, operation research, computer science, engineering, economics, etc.

A candidate for this position must have had 3 - 5 years of working experience in digital business.


COMPETENCIES:

Data analysis:

Excellent data analysis and management skills are a must have for the Manager.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are a must have for the Manager.

Computer Skills/Ms Office/Software:

Excellent computer skills and be highly proficient in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, which will all be necessary in the creation of visually and verbally engaging presentations for customers, departmental heads / management and key stakeholders.

Interpersonal Skills:

The candidate for this position will be self-motivated, be proactive taking initiative and going beyond his call of duty, be helpful and service-oriented, have exceptional problem-solving skills, work comfortably in a cross-functional setting, work comfortably with business senior executives, take accountability for the business’s performance, and have an ability to remain calm and composed under stress and uncertainty, inspiring the same in his team.

People Skills:

Manager must also have a natural ability to make strong, lasting, and meaningful connection with others, which will aid him/her in the execution of duties in this highly collaborative role. He/She will be a likeable and relatable individual who is easily approachable, hence, inspiring trust in customers, departmental heads, and stakeholders, who will all trust and follow in his/her insights, directives, and judgments.
