Job Description

We are Malaysia’s leading Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) and we are aggressively expanding our business, and looking for dynamic, driven and motivated individuals to join our team. Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.

Candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partnerships to drive commercial business growth and expand our market reach. Candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that aligns with our overall business objectives. As a partners development executive, you’ll be driving new businesses related to our Credit Manager platform and building a new strategic partner ecosystem for future growth.

Partner Identification and Recruitment.
• Identify potential partners that align with our business goals and target market.
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to attract and engage potential partners.
• Negotiate and close partnership deals, ensuring sustainable terms and conditions.

Partnership Management.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
• Develop and implement comprehensive partnership plans, including joint marketing initiatives, co-selling opportunities, and technology integrations.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships.
• Proactively address any challenges or issues that arise, ensuring smooth collaboration and partnership satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop joint GTM strategies.
• Support the development of sales enablement materials and training programs related to partnerships.
• Work closely with product, compliance, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

Candidates must possess at least bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of in partner development, business development, or account management.

Skills / Knowledge

  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of the technology industry and emerging trends.
  • Good organization skills with an ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently.
