Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute impactful content strategies for social media, email, and website that promote credit literacy and financial empowerment.
Multi-Format Content Production: Craft engaging content—videos, images, articles, and more—across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. (You may use AI tools to support this task 😊)
Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with teams across Consumer Services, Marketing, Risk & Compliance, and Customer Service to develop content that’s accurate, relevant, and aligned with our mission.
Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and refine content strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
Campaign Support: Contribute to marketing campaigns by developing social media assets, including multimedia content that resonates with our diverse audience.
