Position Overview
Responsible in supporting the driver during delivery operations and ensuring smooth warehouse and logistics activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading stock safely and efficiently at each stop.
- Ensure stock quantity and SKU are according to Delivery Order (DO)
- Ensuring delivery accuracy, handling paperwork and getting clients signatures for delivery (DO)
- Communication with clients – delivery TAT, resolving issues
- Maintenance the truck cleaning
- Assist with warehouse operations as instructed by the warehouse manager (if no delivery schedule needs to be arranged).
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent.
- Able to read and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Having 1 year or above of working experience in logistic and warehouse field would be an added advantage.
- Physically fit for loading/unloading and warehouse tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and SOPs precisely.
- Able to follow delivery schedules and work instructions.
- Proactive, reliable, and responsible work attitude.
