Job Summary

To establish and maintain robust project governance, execution and reporting frameworks that enable WonderLab’s multi-channel growth strategy (warehouse clearance, service channel, TikTokShop, retail expansion, new product launches) — ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic business milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the project portfolio for commercial growth initiatives: e.g., clearance events calendar, service-channel roll-out, distributorship onboarding, retail expansion, new product launch.
  2. Set up and manage PMO standard operating procedures: project intake, prioritisation, resource allocation, milestone tracking, risk & issue management, change control.
  3. Produce monthly executive dashboards: project status, spend vs. budget, milestones achieved, major risks and mitigation plans.
  4. Facilitate cross-functional coordination between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Creative teams to ensure project alignment and smooth hand-offs.
  5. Lead project governance meetings: kick-offs, steering committees, post-project reviews (lessons learned), continuous improvement of ways of working.
  6. Support launch of new product/brand/distribution initiatives by providing project planning support, timeline tracking, stakeholder communication and budget monitoring.

Job Requirements

Experience & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • 4-6 years in project or programme management, preferably within the beauty/cosmetics/FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (able to engage senior leadership).
  • Proficient in PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project or equivalent), Excel dashboards, PowerPoint for executive reporting.
  • Data processing into readable excel dashboards and analytical skill is a must
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-change environment with multiple channels and stakeholders.
  • Process-oriented and detail-driven, with a proactive risk-management mindset.
