About the Role

The Executive and Senior Executive, Telemarketing responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outbound telephone engagement. This role demands sales closing capability with the maturity and optimize lead conversion strategies.

You will act as the tip of the spear for campaign execution—turning cold and warm leads into loyal customers while maintaining the highest standards of script discipline and brand compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales & Acquisition: Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new customer acquisitions, upsell existing accounts, and close sales targets consistently.
• Lead Pipeline Optimization: Qualify incoming marketing leads aggressively, managing a systematic follow-up pipeline to maximize conversion rates and minimize drop-offs.
• Campaign & Database Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales dispositions within the CRM platform to ensure high data integrity.
• Quality & Compliance Governance: Adhere strictly to institutional sales guidelines, data privacy regulations (PDPA), and quality control metrics during every call.

Job Requirements

Key Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (open to SPM holders with an exceptional sales track record).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of consistent, high-performing outbound telemarketing or inside sales experience, preferably in fast-paced industries (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Telco, or Subscription-based models).
• Language Proficiency: Flawless verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; the ability to speak Mandarin_ or local dialects is a significant commercial advantage.
• Technical Skills: Heavy hands-on familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and automated predictive dialer systems.
• Sales DNA: Resilient, thick-skinned, and highly motivated by commission structures; possesses a proven track record of consistently exceeding monthly personal sales quotas.
