Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Affiliate Executive / Senior Executive to scale our affiliate channel as a key revenue driver across e-commerce platforms. This role will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, recruiting high-performing affiliates, managing creator relationships, and ensuring affiliate campaigns are executed effectively to achieve sales targets.

This role requires someone who is both relationship-driven and sales-focused, with strong execution discipline during major campaign periods.

Key Responsibilities

1) Affiliate Recruitment & Pipeline Growth

• Identify, source, and recruit new affiliates, creators, livestreamers, and KOLs across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and social media platforms
• Build a healthy affiliate pipeline across different creator tiers (nano, micro, mid-tier, top performers)
• Continuously identify new creator communities, agencies, and affiliate networks to expand reach
• Ensure affiliate mix remains diversified and scalable

2) Affiliate Relationship Management

• Build strong long-term relationships with affiliates to improve retention and repeat collaboration
• Maintain regular communication with affiliates regarding campaigns, launches, incentives, and opportunities
• Manage affiliate expectations professionally while ensuring brand requirements are met
• Resolve affiliate operational issues promptly

3) Campaign Planning & Execution

• Coordinate affiliate campaigns during key sales periods (monthly campaigns, mega campaigns, product launches)
• Prepare campaign briefs, product information, selling angles, and promotional mechanics for affiliates
• Ensure product seeding timelines are properly managed
• Monitor affiliate content output and campaign deadlines
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure affiliates have sufficient assets and information to sell effectively

4) Performance Monitoring & Sales Optimization

• Track affiliate sales performance daily/weekly/monthly
• Identify top-performing affiliates and scale investment accordingly
• Optimize commission structures where necessary
• Analyze campaign ROI and affiliate contribution to total GMV
• Recommend strategies to improve affiliate conversion rates

5) Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with marketing team for campaign messaging
• Coordinate with creative team for affiliate assets
• Work with operations team on stock readiness
• Coordinate with e-commerce team on campaign mechanics and platform setup

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications, or related fields
• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL management, e-commerce, social commerce, or creator partnerships
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, livestream ecosystem, and social commerce trends
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced sales environments
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics
