We are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Marketing Executive / Senior Executive for our Skincare Brand to lead visual merchandising execution, retail activation setups, and campaign deployment across offline touchpoints.
This role will ensure all physical brand touchpoints — retail stores, roadshows, pop-ups, and campaign activations — are executed seamlessly and aligned with brand standards.
Beyond execution, this individual should also possess a strong understanding of broader marketing fundamentals to ensure all retail and activation efforts support larger campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1) Visual Merchandising Execution
- Ensure strong in-store visual presence across retail partners (Watsons, pharmacies, department stores, pop-ups, etc.)
- Execute visual merchandising plans according to campaign priorities
- Ensure planogram compliance and proper product placements across retail outlets
- Monitor product displays, tester placements, shelf visibility, and campaign execution consistency
- Conduct regular store visits to identify VM improvement opportunities
- Ensure all retail touchpoints reflect brand standards
2) Retail Activation & Event Setup
- Lead end-to-end setup coordination for roadshows, booths, pop-ups, warehouse sales, and retail activations
- Coordinate booth layouts, fixture requirements, manpower readiness, product displays, and setup timelines
- Liaise with mall management, retail partners, event organizers, and external vendors
- Ensure all activation materials arrive on time and setups are completed smoothly
- Troubleshoot on-ground operational issues during activations
3) POSM & Marketing Collateral Coordination
- Coordinate production of all POSM materials including:
- Wobblers
- Shelf talkers
- Tester displays
- Lightboxes
- Buntings
- Flyers
- Event materials
- Ensure materials are printed accurately and delivered on time
- Work closely with creative team to adapt assets for retail usage
- Monitor POSM inventory and replenishment needs
4) Campaign Execution Support
- Translate marketing campaigns into offline execution plans
- Ensure stores and activations are fully prepared before campaign launches
- Support product launches through retail readiness execution
- Coordinate campaign timelines with internal teams
5) Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with retail team on outlet execution needs
- Coordinate with marketing team on campaign requirements
- Work with creative team on artwork adaptation
- Liaise with operations team on stock readiness
- Manage third-party vendors and suppliers
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Retail Management, Event Management, Business, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing, activation, or trade marketing
- Strong understanding of retail execution and customer journey
- Experience managing vendors and activation setups
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
- Comfortable being hands-on and frequently on-ground
