About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and customer-centric Senior Executive, CRM & App Engagement to lead user adoption, active engagement, and customer retention for our CUCKOO+ mobile app ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge marketing, product design, and technology to craft compelling digital customer journeys, drive app retention, and maximize customer lifetime value through digital engagement initiatives.

 App Growth & User Engagement

• Plan, execute, and evaluate cross-channel engagement campaigns to drive App Downloads, Registrations, and Monthly Active Users (MAU).
• Conceptualize and execute digital loyalty initiatives, gamification mechanics, and targeted push/in-app messaging to improve customer retention and feature utilization.
• Map and optimize end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys within the app (Onboarding, Activation, Retention, and Win-back).

 Performance Analytics & Insights

• Track and report on core app growth KPIs: MAU/DAU, Retention Rate, Conversion Rates, Churn Rate, and Feature Adoption.
• Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to provide actionable insights for commercial and engagement optimization.
• Conduct target segment analyses to deliver personalized customer experiences and reward schemes.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Product Enhancements

• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Customer Service, and External Vendors to enhance app UI/UX and feature capabilities.
• Gather customer feedback, identify app friction points, and advocate for user experience (UX) improvements.
• Participate in Business User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feature validation prior to deployment.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Information System or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM, Mobile App Marketing, Digital Engagement, or Loyalty Marketing.
• Core Competencies:
  Proven track record in driving app user adoption, active engagement, and retention strategies.
  Strong familiarity with mobile app metrics (MAU, retention cohorts, conversion rate optimization).
  Direct experience in loyalty program management, gamification, and digital customer journeys.
  Basic understanding of cross-functional workflows (working alongside IT developers, marketing teams, and customer service ops).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
