Customer Experience & Retail Service Excellence

• Ensure consistent customer experience across all retail branches in line with company service standards and brand guidelines.
• Monitor service quality and support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities.

Retail Execution, Campaigns & Visual Merchandising

• Plan and execute retail activations, promotional campaigns, and in-store customer engagement activities.
• Ensure effective execution of visual merchandising (VM), including product displays, promotional setups, and store layout standards.
• Work with Marketing to ensure timely and consistent rollout of campaigns across all branches.

Stock, Inventory & Operational Support

• Monitor and coordinate stock movement across branches, including replenishment, allocation, and inter-branch transfers.
• Support new product launches and ensure timely availability of stock in stores.
• Provide operational support to retail branches to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure smooth store operations.

Cross-Functional Coordination, Reporting & Compliance

• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of retail initiatives.
• Track branch performance, sales trends, and operational KPIs, and prepare reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and retail operational standards across all outlets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail operations, customer experience, or visual merchandising.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, store execution, and inventory management.
• Good analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and operational data.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
•  Ability to manage multiple retail branches in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
