 Job Summary

We are looking for an execution-focused Senior Retail Key Account Executive to support day-to-day retail operations, on-ground sales, and on-ground team management. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and floor execution to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Execution: Support daily retail operations, including in-store activations, merchandising upkeep, and sales tracking across assigned accounts.
• On-Ground Sales & BA Management: Supervise, train, and manage performance for Beauty Advisors (BAs), including scheduling, daily attendance, and task allocation.
• Portfolio Management & Display: Lead visual merchandising and brand presentation standards across key retail portfolios (Watsons, SOGO, R Pharmacy, AEON, government bodies, and new channels).
• Departmental Operations Support: Manage internal documentation processes, coordinate stock movement, and handle allocation for all sales booth activations.
• Performance Tracking: Partner closely with Key Account Managers to execute campaign rollouts, monitor sales performance, and provide continuous improvement insights.
• Regional Supervision: Oversee and align the management of Beauty Advisors across multiple states and regional retail locations to ensure consistent brand standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Strong background in retail operations, supervisor roles, or visual merchandising.
• Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate a large on-ground team of Beauty Advisors.
• Highly organized with strong supply coordination and documentation skills.
