What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities):

1. Digital Marketing

• Social Media Management: Manage and grow official accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Analyze data to drive engagement and follower growth.
• Campaign Planning & CRM: Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns and gather customer feedback.
• Content Strategy & Copywriting: Create compelling blog posts and website content to answer customer queries and drive SEO traffic.

2. E-commerce

• Merchandise Development: Assist in new product listings and optimize product information on e-commerce platforms.
• E-commerce Operations: Manage order fulfillment, handle customer inquiries, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure smooth delivery processes.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s student in Marketing, Media, Mass Comm, E-commerce, Business, or related fields.
• Strong command of English (Written & Spoken).
• Content Creation Skills: Basic video editing (e.g., CapCut) and design skills (e.g., Canva) are required.
• Strong understanding of Social Media trends (TikTok, IG, FB).
• Professional mindset: Responsible, results-oriented, and eager to deliver quality work.
• Able to commit for minimum 3 months (6 months preferred).
