Introduction

Are you passionate about how e-commerce is evolving through personalization? As a Product & Content Strategy Assistant at CUSTA, you won't just be "helping out", you will be an integral part of a multicultural team building the future of our Mass Customization E-Commerce Platform.

This role is a unique hybrid: you will sharpen your editorial voice by creating high-impact English content, while simultaneously getting a "behind-the-scenes" look at the full product development lifecycle. Under the direct mentorship of our Product Manager, you will learn how to bridge the gap between user needs, business strategy, and technical execution.

What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities):

1. Content Creation & Strategy

• Knowledge Base: Author clear, helpful articles that empower our users and production partners to navigate the platform seamlessly.
• Product Storytelling: Write compelling product descriptions that highlight the unique value of mass customization.
• Growth Marketing: Create engaging content for social media channels and marketing campaigns to drive platform awareness and user acquisition.

2. Product Development Support

• Lifecycle Assistance: Support the Product Manager in the end-to-end journey of a feature—from initial ideation and wireframing to testing and launch.
• User Feedback: Assist in gathering and synthesizing feedback from customers and internal teams to help prioritize the product roadmap.
• Documentation: Help maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories, ensuring the development team has clear guidance.

Job Requirements

• Exceptional English: You have a "native-level" command of written English with the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences (technical vs. creative).
• Curiosity: A strong desire to learn how digital products are built and a genuine interest in e-commerce technology.
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas simply and work effectively with team members from different backgrounds.
• Organization: Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Able to commit for 6 months.

Plus Factors

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles or SEO.
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Figma.
• Familiarity with CMS like Wordpress, StoryBlok or Webflow.
• A "proactive" mindset—you don’t wait for instructions; you look for problems to solve.
