We are looking for a motivated Junior Full-stack Developer who is ready to work across both frontend and backend development. In this role, you will help build the interfaces used by contact centre agents, develop backend services, support API integrations, and customize solutions around contact centre and customer experience platforms.

<li>Frontend Development: Build and customize agent-facing web applications and widgets (e.g. screen pops, dashboards, embedded UI components) within CX platform frameworks.</li>
<li>Backend &amp; Integration Development: Build and maintain middleware, APIs, and integrations connecting our CX platforms to client systems, data sources, and messaging channels.</li>
<li>Application &amp; Customization Support: Support development of applications and customizations around our CX solutions, including Voicebot, Chatbot, and related tools.</li>
<li>Data &amp; Workflow Automation: Contribute to data pipelines and workflow automation that extract, transform, and route information between systems, improving efficiency and accuracy.</li>
<li>System Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor developed applications and integrations for performance issues, proactively detecting and addressing potential problems.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work with the solution architecture team to translate client requirements into working solutions, and support testing, documentation, and handover of completed work.</li>
<li>Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in contact centre solutions and software engineering, applying current techniques and knowledge in daily tasks.</li>
