Job Description

  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and oversee project delivery, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project implementation.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between customers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and support operations.
  • Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop and monitor project plans.
  • Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Analyze customer use cases, document requirements, and implement best practices.
  • Build trust with client leadership to ensure project success and address potential risks effectively.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Be flexible with working hours to accommodate different time zones.
  • Utilize various project management methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall) for project execution.

Job Requirements

  

  1. Experience:
  • For Project Manager Role: Minimum 5 years experience in IT Project Management role.
  • For Project Coordinator Role: Minimum 2 years experience in IT Project Coordination or Administration role.
  1. Education: Degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology or related discipline.
  2. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or related certifications are advantageous.
  3. Industry Experience: Prior experience with Contact Center Solution, Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) is preferred.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications eg. MS Project, Words, Excel, and Power Point
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  6. Client Interaction: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear explanations while dealing with clients and stakeholders.
