The Client Success Manager shall be an ambitious and results-driven to lead the payroll outsourcing services sales efforts. This role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding payroll solutions. The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of payroll services, excellent sales acumen, and a proactive approach to client management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within payroll outsourcing, HR solutions, or related services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with managing complex sales cycles and working with large enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and HR solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
