Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager to support and grow our presence within the healthcare industry and beyond. This role is responsible for ensuring clients ranging from healthcare providers to corporate partners achieve optimal outcomes through our services.

In this role, you will manage key institutional clients such as insurance companies, corporate panels, hospitals, and other healthcare partners. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery, and identifying opportunities to grow each account.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Leadership

  • Identify, secure, and grow high-value institutional accounts
  • Develop and execute multi-year account growth strategies
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with insurers, corporate HR leaders, hospital directors, and legal firms
  • Lead contract negotiations and drive pricing strategy

Revenue & Commercial Performance

  • Own and drive revenue targets for institutional and corporate segments
  • Monitor account profitability and implement margin optimisation strategies
  • Forecast revenue pipelines and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives across prosthetics, orthotics, neurological rehabilitation, and mobility services

Client Partnership & Retention

  • Maintain high account retention and renewal rates
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key accounts
  • Manage escalations and ensure effective service recovery
  • Strengthen brand positioning within healthcare and insurance networks 
  • Work closely with Clinical, Operations, Finance, and Medical Affairs teams
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations and governance standards
  • Align marketing initiatives with key account strategies

Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new market segments including legal firms, welfare bodies, and GLCs
  • Represent the organisation at industry forums and healthcare events
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and industry developments


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, medical services, or institutional sales
  • Experience managing corporate or key accounts is preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Prior experience in the healthcare, medical services, or related industry is preferred
