Job Description
- To answers inbound calls from customers.
- To assist customers to solve the problems by providing the right solution
- To identify customers' technical, billing, and product issues.
- To assist customers at the counter
Requirement
-Able to start immediately
-Diploma holder (Minimum) / (Fresh Graduate encourage to Apply)
- Able to speak in Mandarin & Bahasa & English
- Able to speak in Mandarin will be an advantage
-Experience in Customer Service
-Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week, 2 off days (rotation)
07:30 - 16:30
08:00 - 17:00
10:00 - 19:00
15:00 - 00:00
00:00 - 9:00
Range Salary : RM2,200 - RM 2,500
