Job Description

Position : Customer Service Representative (Immediate Hiring)
Intake Date : January 2025

Working Location : Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur (Nearby LRT Kerinchi)
Working Days : Monday - Sunday (2 days off - rotate)
Working Hours : 9.00am - 5.30pm/ 1.00pm - 10.00pm
Basic Salary : RM2,000

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

  • To attend / answer incoming calls from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution
  • Follow up with the customer on pending cases
  • Create report in the system

Job Requirements

 REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a pass SPM - Compulsory
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar, KL
  • Possible to have own transportation
  • No work experience required. (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
  • Applicant with good communication skills is encouraged to apply
  • Must be able to work on Rotating Shift : Monday-Sunday, 5 days a week, rotational off days (2 off days)
