Looking for an HR role where you can work closely with clients and employees and gain hands-on experience across the HR lifecycle?
Join our team as an HR Business Partner (Executive)!
What you’ll do:
• Support day-to-day HR operations for assigned clients
• Handle employee onboarding, HR documentation and employee movements
• Support payroll coordination, leave and attendance matters
• Assist with employee relations, counselling and disciplinary matters
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
• Work closely with clients and employees to resolve HR matters
• Ensure HR processes comply with employment legislation and company policies
Job Requirements
 What we’re looking for:
✔ Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related field
✔ 1–3 years of HR experience
✔ Good understanding of Malaysian employment practices
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proactive, organised and able to work independently
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentÂ
 ✔ Willing and able to travel to client sites as required.  Â
